At Faribault Mill, we stand behind the quality of our American-made craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unwashed and unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our mill, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
